Shipping policy

Where we ship

INYAHWEH currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the US, email info@inyahweh.com and we will let you know when we open up your region.

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping: free on orders of $150 or more (order subtotal after any discount code). Orders under $150 ship for a flat $6.95.

Express Shipping: $19.95 flat, on any order size. Express applies to in-stock pieces only. If your order also contains a made-to-order piece, that item ships separately on its standard 7–12 business day timeline at no extra cost.

Your options and exact costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

In-stock pieces are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered by Standard in about 2–5 business days, or by Express in about 1–2 business days, after they ship.

Made-to-order pieces (marked on the product page) are produced for you after you order and typically arrive within 7–12 business days of your order date.

If your order contains both, items may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; they count from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking, sent to your email as soon as your package leaves us. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email info@inyahweh.com and we will chase the carrier for you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the reshipping cost will be payable by you.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with your household and neighbors first, then email info@inyahweh.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve it. If your order arrives damaged, it is covered for the full 30-day return window — email a photo as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days, and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
