Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and liners attached. Returns that arrive worn, washed, stained or without tags cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you. Items marked Final Sale on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, email info@inyahweh.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply, usually within 1 business day, with instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Your options

Store credit — free. We'll send you a complimentary prepaid return label. Store credit is issued as an INYAHWEH gift card and never expires.

Size exchange. Request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery by emailing us your order number and the size you need. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You cover the return shipping to us; we ship the replacement to you at no cost. Exchanges are subject to size availability - if your size has sold out, you may choose store credit or a refund under the terms of this policy. Final-sale items cannot be exchanged.

Refund to your original payment method. A $6 return-shipping cost is deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued — usually within 5–7 business days, and never more than 10. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, that's on us — it is covered for the full 30-day return window. Email info@inyahweh.com with a photo and your order number as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right at no cost to you — including all shipping.
