Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and want to order, email info@inyahweh.com. We are working on it and will let you know when we open up your country.

The $85 threshold is your order subtotal after any discount code. Made-to-order pieces currently ship free on orders of $200 or more. Your options and exact costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery
In-stock pieces are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces (marked on the product page) are produced after you order and typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Express is available on in-stock pieces only. If your order also contains a made-to-order piece, that item ships separately on its standard 7 to 12 business day timeline at no extra cost. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as each parcel leaves us.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking to request a return.
Returns for store credit are free. We send you a prepaid return label, and store credit is issued as an INYAHWEH gift card that never expires. If you would rather have the money back on your original payment method, a $6 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case we cover everything.
To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all tags and liners. Please try items on over your own clothing or undergarments. Returns that arrive worn, washed, stained or without tags cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Items marked final sale on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to start a return
Email info@inyahweh.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with a return label and instructions, usually within 1 business day. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. Parcels sent without an approved return cannot be accepted.
Size exchanges
Need a different size? Request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@inyahweh.com with your order number and the size you need.
Exchange conditions:
- Request within 14 days of delivery
- Item unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging
- You cover the return shipping to us
- We ship the replacement to you at no cost
- Subject to size availability
- No exchanges on final sale items
Your new size ships as soon as your return is scanned in transit back to us. If your size has sold out, you can choose store credit or a refund under the standard return terms above.
Refund timing
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days, and never more than 10. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, it is covered for the full 30 day window. Email info@inyahweh.com with a photo as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and we will put it right at no cost to you.
